- Students may reschedule up to one session per week at no additional cost, provided the rescheduled class is:
a) within the same week, or
b) during the week immediately following the canceled class.
Rescheduling is the student’s responsibility. - No penalty will apply if students are unable to reschedule the session within these timeframes. However, they will forfeit the right to reschedule that session later and be considered lost.
